STEMLearn.AI Signs MoU with AICTE’s NEAT Cell to Bring AI and Robotics Education to Students Across India
The partnership aims to make practical, hands-on technology education available to schools and colleges nationwide.

STEMLearn.AI, operated by Teevra EduTech Pvt. Ltd., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Educational Alliance for Technology (NEAT) Cell of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The goal is simple: expand access to quality Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics education for students in schools and colleges nationwide.
For students, this means more chances to learn skills that employers and industries now expect. For STEMLearn.AI, it is a formal step toward its larger aim of building practical technology education that reaches beyond a few major cities.
Why This Partnership Matters
AI and Robotics are changing how industries work and what skills people need for the jobs ahead. Classrooms are still catching up. Many students learn the theory but get little chance to apply it.
This collaboration targets that gap. It brings in industry-aligned programmes that push students to think critically, solve problems and try out new ideas. The focus is on making technology education relevant to students in different kinds of schools and colleges, so they can work with new technologies with confidence.
Leadership Behind the Collaboration
The initiative has the backing of two senior figures in Indian education:
- Prof. Anil Sahasrabudhe: Chairman of the National Educational Technology Forum (NETF) and NAAC. He has contributed to education policy frameworks, technology integration and quality improvement in Indian higher education.
- Dr. Chandrasekhar Buddha: Chief Coordinating Officer at AICTE. He has been involved in large-scale digital initiatives, including NEAT and AI-based language tools, which help extend technology-enabled learning to more students.
Their involvement shows how much progress depends on institutions, policymakers and technology providers working together.
Three Priorities of the MoU
The partnership is built on three main priorities:
- Industry-aligned AI and Robotics education: STEMLearn.AI will offer structured learning modules for school and higher education students. These link basic concepts to real applications, so learners can see how the technology is used to solve actual problems.
- Personalised learning through AI: Adaptive learning tools will adjust to each student’s level and pace. This should make technology education more engaging and more effective for a wide range of learners.
- Wider access to quality technical education: The collaboration aims to reach students in Tier 1, Tier 2 and other regions, supporting a more inclusive way of building India’s future technology talent.
A Hands-On Approach to Learning
STEMLearn.AI wants students to be creators of technology, not just users of it. Its programmes follow four steps: Learn, Explore, Build and Test. Students experiment, work on projects and apply what they learn directly.
The key areas covered are Coding, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science and Robotics. Mixing concepts with practical activity is meant to build creativity, analytical thinking and the ability to design technology-based solutions.
Workshops, Hackathons and Robotics Challenges
Beyond the core curriculum, STEMLearn.AI places weight on workshops, hackathons and national-level robotics challenges. These give students a place to test their knowledge, work with peers and tackle real-world problems.
The organisation’s strategic collaboration with Techfest, IIT Bombay, has supported this work through hands-on learning, technology exploration and support for grassroots technical talent. These activities sit alongside classroom teaching and give students a feel for how emerging technologies work in practice.
Alignment with NEP 2020
India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 stresses experiential learning, multidisciplinary education, skill development and the use of technology in education. The STEMLearn.AI and NEAT Cell collaboration fits these priorities by concentrating on practical, future-ready skills in AI and Robotics.
Looking Ahead
The MoU is an important milestone for STEMLearn.AI and for students who want access to technology education. Through industry-aligned content, personalised learning and practical exposure, the initiative aims to produce a generation of informed, capable problem solvers.
As India builds up its digital and innovation capabilities, closer links between education and technology will matter more. By keeping learning accessible, practical and focused on the future, STEMLearn.AI hopes to contribute to a technologically empowered India.
