• We at StemLearn.AI are extremely confident in our course, curriculum and services, that’s the reason we have a 99.9% renewal rate.
• If you wish to discontinue the course; refund can be requested only within 10 (Ten) days from the date of enrollment payment. No refund request will be considered afterwards and will be automatically rejected.
• Once the refund is approved by our team; it will take 15-20 business working days for release. We are not liable for delays caused by banking systems, payment gateways, or circumstances beyond our control, please note.
• Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, unless the Student/Parent requests otherwise. If the original method is unavailable, STEMLearn.AI may credit/refund via an alternate method upon mutual agreement.
• If the Student/Parent enrolled under a discount / promotional offer / special offer pricing, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly as per standard pricing. 
• Refund is not applicable on referral credits.
• Please Note: For Renewals, Subscription Plans, Token Amounts, Installment Plans, no refunds will be processed.
• Classes purchased and inactive for over 6 months from the date of purchase will automatically lapse.
• Pricing / Fees change is solely at our discretion & can be revised / changed / modified / altered at any time with immediate effect & without any prior notice. Installments as well as Subscription plans will have the revised pricing with immediate effect.
• The present policy supersedes all prior policies / commitments / agreements (written &/or verbal) and is effective for all dealings made.
• In the event of a dispute raised directly with the payment partner gateway, STEMLearn.AI reserves the right to suspend access to all services, including scheduled classes, for the duration of the dispute resolution process, which may take approximately 75-80 days &/or reject the refund request entirely. 
• Right to Modify: STEMLearn.AI reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Please be aware that changes to the policy may occur, and we encourage you to review it periodically. By continuing with STEMLearn.AI, you agree to the current policy and acknowledge that it may be subject to updates.
